Our carefully selected staff is comprised of former campers, college students, teachers and professionals, who are trained to be outstanding camp people. They cultivate friendships and support campers through a life-changing experience.
Activity Instructor/Counselor
Our counselors play a dual role at camp: as a cabin counselor and an activity instructor. Staff live in a cabin with two to three other co-counselors and a group of approximately twelve to eighteen campers. During the day, our counselors instruct one of the 45 land or water activities we offer.
- Our counseling staff must be at least 19 years old or have completed one year of college.
- Salaries start at $1,950 for the nine-week season, depending on age and qualifications.
- Room and board and all meals are included.
- The 2025 season is from June 6th – August 9th, which includes staff orientation and training.
